Vimai HitRise 用户协议
一、协议范围
本协议适用于绍兴维脉科技有限公司提供的 Vimai HitRise App、智能拳击速度球蓝牙连接、训练记录、锻炼成果、排行榜、个人资料及相关服务。下载、安装、打开或使用 HitRise，即表示你已阅读并同意本协议；如不同意，请停止使用。
二、产品与服务
HitRise 提供以下主要功能：
- 扫描并连接兼容的 SENBALL# 蓝牙设备；
- 读取设备电量、拳击计数和相对力量评分原始数据；
- 提供倒计时、回合、休息和节奏训练设置；
- 生成训练报告、相对力量评分反馈、卡路里和等效燃脂估算；
- 提供训练历史、锻炼成果、段位、排行榜和个人资料；
- 提供训练提示和击打反馈音效。
部分功能依赖兼容硬件、手机蓝牙、系统权限、网络连接和云端服务。不同设备、系统版本、传感器和网络环境可能影响功能表现。
产品不设置产品序列号或激活码，HitRise 不会要求用户提供此类信息。云端资料通过 App 自动生成的匿名用户标识关联，不影响本地训练功能。
三、安全使用要求
请在安全、开阔且适合运动的环境中使用产品。训练前应确认拳击设备安装牢固，绳线、固定结构和周边空间安全，并根据自身年龄、经验和身体状况合理选择训练强度。
四、蓝牙与训练数据
App 根据兼容蓝牙设备回传的数据展示拳数、相对力量评分、电量和训练统计。受设备状态、传感器误差、安装方式、蓝牙信号、击打姿势和环境影响，数据可能存在偏差。
相对力量评分直接采用兼容硬件传回的原始传感器数值，未经标准测力设备标定，不具有物理单位，不代表公斤、公斤力或牛顿，仅适合在相同设备和近似使用条件下进行相对比较，不得作为真实力值、产品测力认证或正式比赛判定依据。拳数、评分、卡路里、等效燃脂量和节奏分数用于运动反馈和统计，不构成医疗诊断、康复评估、营养建议或训练资质证明。
五、匿名用户资料与排行榜
App 可能为本机自动创建匿名用户资料，用于保存云端训练记录、锻炼成果和排行榜数据。你可以设置昵称；昵称、段位和训练成绩可能展示给其他用户。
不得设置违法、侵权、冒用他人身份、含有侮辱歧视或其他不当内容的昵称，也不得伪造训练数据或破坏排行榜公平。我们可以根据异常行为、投诉或安全需要限制、纠正、隐藏或删除相关资料和成绩。
六、禁止行为
使用 HitRise 时不得：
- 伪造、篡改、自动化生成或批量制造训练数据；
- 攻击、扫描、爬取、绕过限制或干扰 App 和服务接口；
- 未经授权复制、修改、出租、出售、分发或商业利用 App 及相关内容；
- 利用产品侵犯他人权益、危害安全或从事违法活动；
- 在不安全环境中使用设备或故意进行可能伤害自己、他人或财产的行为。
七、知识产权与内容权利
HitRise 的代码、界面、图标、文字、图形、音效、训练内容、品牌和相关材料的权利归绍兴维脉科技有限公司或合法权利人所有。除法律允许或获得书面授权外，不得提取、复制、修改、传播或用于商业用途。
八、服务变更与中断
我们可能根据产品升级、服务器维护、网络故障、硬件兼容、法律要求、安全风险或不可抗力调整、中断或停止部分服务。我们会在合理范围内减少影响，但不保证服务在所有时间、所有设备和所有网络环境中持续可用。
九、责任限制
在法律允许范围内，对于因不当安装或使用、危险训练环境、身体状况、第三方硬件或网络、蓝牙干扰、传感器误差、不可抗力或违反本协议造成的损失，我们不承担超出适用法律规定的责任。本条不排除依法不能排除或限制的责任。
十、隐私、协议更新与终止
个人信息处理遵循 HitRise 隐私政策。你可以停止使用并卸载 App，也可以按照数据删除说明申请处理云端资料。我们可能根据功能、法律和运营变化更新协议，重要变更将通过合理方式告知。
十一、法律适用与联系我们
本协议的订立、履行和解释适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议或 HitRise 服务产生争议，双方应先友好协商；协商不成的，可以依法向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

These Terms apply to the Vimai HitRise app, compatible Bluetooth boxing speed-ball features, training history, achievements, leaderboards, profiles, and related services provided by Shaoxing Weimai Technology Co., Ltd. By downloading, opening, or using HitRise, you agree to these Terms.
Service and hardware
HitRise scans and connects to compatible SENBALL# accessories, reads battery, punch count and raw Relative Power Score data, provides round and rhythm training, generates reports and estimates, and provides history, achievements, rankings, profiles, prompts, and sound effects. Some functionality requires compatible hardware, Bluetooth permission, internet access, and cloud services. Availability and accuracy may vary with the accessory, sensor, installation, signal, device, system, and environment.
The product has no product serial number or activation code, and HitRise does not ask users to provide either. Cloud profiles use an anonymous user identifier generated automatically by the app and do not restrict local training features.
Safety and training information
Use the product in a safe and open area. Confirm that the accessory and its mounting are secure and choose an intensity appropriate for your health and experience. Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, breathing difficulty, or other symptoms. Minors should use the product with guardian supervision.
Relative Power Score is the raw sensor value reported by compatible hardware. It is uncalibrated, unitless, and must not be interpreted as kilograms (kg), kilogram-force (kgf), or newtons (N). It is intended only for relative comparison using the same device under similar conditions and must not be used as an actual force measurement, product force certification, or official competition result. Punch count, score, calories, fat-burn, rhythm, and other values are exercise feedback and estimates only. They are not medical diagnosis, rehabilitation assessment, nutritional advice, or certification.
Profiles, acceptable use, and rights
The app may automatically create an anonymous profile. Nicknames, tiers, and scores may appear on leaderboards. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, impersonating, discriminatory, or abusive names; falsify training data; attack or scrape the service; bypass restrictions; or use the product in a way that risks harm. We may restrict, correct, hide, or remove related profiles or scores for security, fairness, complaints, or misuse.
HitRise software, designs, graphics, audio, text, training content, and branding are owned by Shaoxing Weimai Technology Co., Ltd. or lawful rights holders and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without authorization.
Availability, liability, privacy, and contact
Services may change or become unavailable due to updates, maintenance, networks, hardware compatibility, legal requirements, security risks, or events beyond reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable beyond applicable legal requirements for loss caused by improper installation or use, unsafe environments, health conditions, third-party hardware or networks, sensor tolerance, Bluetooth interference, force majeure, or violations of these Terms.
Information processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Cloud data requests are described on the Data Deletion page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
