Vimai HitRise 隐私政策

一、引言

欢迎使用 Vimai HitRise（以下简称“HitRise”）。HitRise 是由绍兴维脉科技有限公司提供的智能拳击速度球训练 App，用于连接 SENBALL# 蓝牙设备、记录训练数据、生成训练战报，并提供锻炼成果、排行榜和个人资料等功能。

本政策说明我们在提供 HitRise 服务时如何收集、使用、存储、保护和处理信息。请在使用前仔细阅读。

二、我们处理的信息

1. 匿名用户和设备标识

App 无需用户注册登录。首次运行时会在本机生成安装标识、匿名用户编号和设备摘要。只有在你明确同意开启“云端训练记录与排行榜”后，App 才会使用设备型号和 App 版本创建云端资料。产品不设置产品序列号或激活码，App 不会要求你提供此类信息，也不会读取手机或智能拳击球的硬件序列号。这些匿名标识不包含广告标识符，但同意后可能与云端用户资料和训练记录关联。

2. 蓝牙设备信息

为连接智能拳击硬件，App 会处理蓝牙设备名称、设备标识、连接状态、信号信息、电量、充电状态、拳击计数、相对力量评分原始数据和蓝牙通信状态。蓝牙扫描仅列出名称以 SENBALL# 开头且末位为英文字母的设备。

3. 训练与运动数据

训练过程中，App 会处理训练模式、训练回合、训练时长、拳数、相对力量峰值评分、平均相对力量评分、节奏表现、BPM、卡路里估算、等效燃脂量估算、连击、训练设置、音效选择和训练报告等信息。

4. 个人资料、成就和排行榜

你可以设置昵称和头像颜色。为展示个人中心、训练历史、成就、段位和排行榜，我们会处理匿名用户编号、昵称、训练汇总、最好成绩、累计数据、活跃天数、排名指标及最近训练记录。排行榜可能向其他用户展示昵称、段位和成绩。

5. 服务和运行信息

当 App 访问云端服务时，服务器可能记录 IP 地址、请求时间、App 版本、接口结果和必要的安全日志，用于提供服务、排查故障、防止滥用和维护系统安全。

三、权限说明

• 蓝牙：用于扫描、连接 SENBALL# 设备并接收拳数、相对力量评分和电量数据。
• 网络：用于加载通用音效资源；在你明确同意后，还用于创建或更新匿名用户资料、同步训练记录以及加载个人资料、成就和排行榜。
• 音频：用于播放训练提示和击打音效。当前版本不使用麦克风进行拳击计数，也不采集录音。

iOS 版本不需要定位权限，不主动收集实时位置轨迹。

四、云端同步方式

首次使用时，App 会在上传训练资料前询问你是否开启“云端训练记录与排行榜”。在你同意前，App 不会创建或更新匿名云端用户资料，不会上传训练报告或成绩，也不会读取排行榜。你可以拒绝并继续使用本地训练功能。

同意后，App 会创建或更新与本机匿名标识关联的云端资料，并同步历史、成就、个人统计和排行榜；训练结束后会上传训练报告。你可以随时在设置中关闭该功能，关闭后将停止后续上传和同步。此前已同步的数据不会因关闭而自动删除，如需删除请使用本政策提供的数据删除渠道。

五、我们如何使用信息

1. 完成蓝牙扫描、连接、拳击计数、相对力量评分和电量显示；
2. 管理训练倒计时、回合和节奏，并生成训练报告；
3. 保存训练历史，提供个人统计、成就、段位和排行榜；
4. 提供昵称、语言、训练设置和音效偏好；
5. 排查故障、防止数据滥用、保护服务和用户安全；
6. 遵守适用法律法规和处理争议。

六、共享、公开展示与第三方

我们不会出售个人信息，也不会将训练数据用于跨 App 广告跟踪。为提供托管、网络传输和系统运维，必要数据可能由受我们委托的基础设施服务提供方处理，并仅限于提供相关服务。

排行榜会按照产品功能展示昵称、段位和训练成绩。除产品功能所需、获得授权、履行法律义务、保护用户或平台安全以及处理争议等情形外，我们不会公开披露个人信息。

七、信息存储与保存期限

训练设置、语言及部分偏好保存在手机本地；匿名用户资料、训练记录、成就、排行榜和统计摘要可能保存在云端。我们在实现服务目的所需期限内保存数据，适用法律要求更长期限的除外。超过必要期限后，我们会删除、匿名化或采取其他适当措施。

卸载 App 通常会清除系统管理的本地数据，但不会自动删除已经同步的云端记录。云端数据删除请参阅数据删除与隐私请求。

八、信息安全

我们采取合理的管理和技术措施保护信息，包括加密网络传输、访问控制、权限管理、最小必要原则、服务隔离和日志管理。但互联网、手机系统和蓝牙通信无法保证绝对安全，请妥善保管手机和智能设备。

九、你的权利

你可以拒绝或撤回云端训练数据和排行榜授权，并继续使用本地训练功能。开启云端功能后，你可以在 App 中查看训练记录、成就、排行榜和个人资料并修改部分资料。你还可以申请访问、更正、删除相关云端数据或移除排行榜展示。请通过数据删除页面提交申请，我们会在完成必要核验后处理。

十、未成年人保护

未成年人应在监护人指导下使用 HitRise。监护人应帮助未成年人了解训练安全、个人信息保护和合理运动强度。我们不会基于已知信息故意收集儿童数据用于广告或跟踪。

十一、运动与健康提示

HitRise 提供的拳数、相对力量评分、卡路里和等效燃脂数据属于运动反馈及估算结果。相对力量评分直接采用兼容硬件传回的原始传感器数值，未经标准测力设备标定，不具有物理单位，不代表公斤、公斤力或牛顿，仅适合在相同设备和近似使用条件下进行相对比较。上述数据不构成医疗、营养、康复或专业竞技裁定建议。如有疾病、伤痛或身体不适，请停止训练并咨询专业人士。

十二、政策更新与联系我们

我们可能因功能、法律法规或运营变化更新本政策。重要变更将通过 App 内提示、版本说明或其他合理方式告知。

HitRise Privacy Policy — English

Vimai HitRise (“HitRise”) is a smart boxing speed-ball training app provided by Shaoxing Weimai Technology Co., Ltd. It connects to compatible SENBALL# Bluetooth hardware, processes training data, creates reports, and provides history, achievements, leaderboards, and profile features.

Information we process

• Anonymous identifiers: an install ID, anonymous user ID, device summary, device model, and app version used for cloud functionality. The product has no product serial number or activation code; the app does not request either and does not read hardware serial numbers.
• Bluetooth accessory data: accessory name and identifier, connection status, signal information, battery and charging state, punch counters, raw Relative Power Score, and communication status.
• Fitness and training data: training mode, rounds, duration, punch count, peak and average Relative Power Score, rhythm scores, BPM, calorie and fat-burn estimates, combos, setup, sound selection, and reports.
• Profile and leaderboard data: anonymous user ID, nickname, avatar color, history, achievements, tiers, statistics, active days, ranks, and recent sessions.
• Service data: IP address, request time, app version, API results, and necessary security logs when the app accesses the cloud service.

Permissions and cloud sync

Bluetooth permission is used to scan, connect, and receive accessory data. Network access is used to load generic audio resources and, after explicit consent, to create or update an anonymous cloud profile and sync history, profiles, achievements, and leaderboards. Audio is used for coaching prompts and effects. The iOS app does not require location access and does not use the microphone for punch counting.

Before uploading any training information, the app asks whether the user wishes to enable Cloud Training Records & Leaderboards. Before consent, the app does not create or update an anonymous cloud profile, upload training reports or scores, or retrieve leaderboards. The user may decline and continue using local training features.

After consent, completed training reports are uploaded to maintain history, statistics, achievements, and leaderboards. Consent can be withdrawn in Settings to stop future uploads and synchronization. Previously synchronized information is not automatically deleted when consent is withdrawn; users may submit a deletion request using the link below.

Use, sharing, and retention

We use information to operate Bluetooth and training features, provide cloud history and rankings, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information and do not use training information for cross-app advertising tracking. Nickname, tier, and training scores may be displayed on leaderboards as part of the service.

Some preferences remain on the device, while profile and training information may be stored in the cloud for as long as needed to provide the service or comply with law. Uninstalling the app does not automatically remove cloud information.

Your choices, safety, and contact

You may decline or withdraw cloud training and leaderboard consent while continuing to use local training features. You may also request access, correction, deletion, or removal from leaderboard display through the data deletion page. Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used, but no internet or Bluetooth system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

Punch count, Relative Power Score, calories, and fat-burn values are exercise feedback and estimates only. Relative Power Score is the raw sensor value reported by compatible hardware. It is uncalibrated, unitless, and must not be interpreted as kilograms (kg), kilogram-force (kgf), or newtons (N); it is only for relative comparison using the same device under similar conditions. These values are not medical, nutrition, rehabilitation, or professional competition advice.
