一、引言
欢迎使用 Smart sensor ball。我们重视您的个人信息与训练数据安全。本隐私政策说明绍兴维脉科技有限公司在提供智能拳击产品、蓝牙连接、训练记录、成就、榜单和个人中心等服务时，如何收集、使用、存储和保护相关信息。
二、我们收集和使用的信息
蓝牙设备信息：为连接智能拳击球硬件，App 会使用蓝牙扫描、连接和通信能力，并处理蓝牙设备名称、设备地址、连接状态、电量、拳击计数等数据。蓝牙设备信息主要用于识别 SENBALL# 设备、自动连接上次设备、展示电量和接收拳击计数。
本产品不要求用户输入或提交产品序列号、激活码，也不会通过激活码验证硬件使用资格。
训练与运动数据：当您开始训练时，App 会先在本机记录训练模式、训练时长、拳击次数、平均频率、最佳连续表现、累计训练次数、成就进度、段位和榜单成绩等数据。这些信息用于生成训练记录、训练成果、成长体系和榜单展示。
首次需要将训练成绩同步到云端或用于全球排行榜前，App 会弹窗征得您的同意。只有在您同意后，训练成绩、训练模式、昵称或脱敏设备 ID、段位以及必要的 App/设备服务标识才会上传至 Smart sensor ball 云端。不同意上传不会影响本地蓝牙训练和本机训练记录。
个人中心信息：您可在个人中心设置昵称、头像、地区、语言等资料。头像图片通常保存在本机或用于 App 内展示；昵称、段位、训练成绩等可能用于榜单和成就展示。
设备与运行信息：为保障服务稳定运行，我们可能处理 App 版本、设备型号、系统版本、网络请求状态、错误信息和必要日志。这些信息用于故障排查、安全防护和产品优化。
三、权限说明
- 蓝牙权限：用于扫描、连接和读取智能拳击球数据。
- 网络权限：用于同步训练记录、成就、榜单和个人中心数据。
- 图片访问权限：仅在您选择头像或保存、分享相关图片时使用。
- 定位相关权限：部分 Android 系统中蓝牙扫描需要定位权限支持；本 App 不会基于该权限主动获取您的实时位置轨迹。iOS 版本使用蓝牙连接训练设备，不用于定位追踪。
四、我们如何共享、转让和公开披露信息
我们不会向无关第三方出售您的个人信息。为实现训练记录同步、榜单、成就和服务运维，必要数据可能在本公司服务系统之间处理。除法律法规要求、保护用户或平台安全等必要情形外，我们不会公开披露您的个人信息。仅在您同意上传排行榜数据后，榜单中才可能展示昵称、头像、段位和成绩等产品功能所需展示内容。
五、信息存储
部分设置、上次连接的蓝牙设备、头像缓存和本地训练状态会保存在您的设备中。训练记录、成就、榜单和个人中心摘要可能保存在云端服务中。我们会在实现服务目的所需期限内保存相关信息；法律法规另有要求的，从其规定。
六、信息安全
我们采取合理措施保护您的信息，包括访问控制、权限管理、服务隔离和最小必要原则。但互联网和蓝牙通信环境并非绝对安全，请妥善保管您的手机、账号资料和智能设备。
七、您的权利
您可以在 App 内查看和修改部分个人资料，查看训练记录和成就数据。如需咨询、更正、删除相关信息或撤回排行榜数据展示，可通过本政策列明的联系方式与我们联系。我们会在符合法律法规和产品安全要求的范围内处理您的请求。
八、未成年人保护
未成年人应在监护人指导下使用本产品。监护人应帮助未成年人理解训练安全和个人信息保护要求。
九、政策更新
我们可能因产品功能、法律法规或运营需要更新本隐私政策。重要变更将通过 App 内提示、版本更新说明或其他合理方式告知。

Smart sensor ball 当前以蓝牙拳击计数和运动数据体验为核心。本政策按当前版本功能撰写，如后续新增重要数据处理场景，我们会更新本政策。
Smart sensor ball Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Smart sensor ball is a smart boxing product companion app provided by Shaoxing Weimai Technology Co., Ltd. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use Bluetooth connection, boxing count, training records, achievements, leaderboards, and profile features.
2. Information We Process
Bluetooth device data: device name, device address, connection status, battery level, and boxing count from SENBALL# devices. This is used for scanning, connection, automatic reconnection, battery display, and training count.
The product does not require users to enter or submit a product serial number or activation code, and hardware access is not validated through an activation code.
Training data: mode, duration, boxing count, average frequency, best burst, accumulated hits, sessions, streaks, achievements, ranks, and leaderboard results. Training data is first recorded locally on your device.
Before the app uploads training scores to cloud sync or global leaderboards for the first time, it asks for your consent in the app. Only after you agree will training score, mode, nickname or masked device ID, tier, and necessary app/device service identifiers be uploaded to the Smart sensor ball cloud. If you do not agree, local Bluetooth training and local records remain available.
Profile data: nickname, avatar, language, region, and display information used in the app and leaderboards.
Technical data: app version, device model, system version, network request status, errors, and necessary logs for troubleshooting and service security.
3. Permissions
- Bluetooth permissions are used to scan, connect, and receive data from the smart boxing ball.
- Network access is used for training sync, achievements, leaderboards, and profile services.
- Image access is used only when you choose an avatar or save/share images.
- Location-related permission may be required by Android for Bluetooth scanning. We do not use it to actively track your location. The iOS version uses Bluetooth to connect to the training device and does not use Bluetooth for location tracking.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. Necessary data may be processed within our service systems to provide sync, achievements, leaderboards, and operations. Only after you agree to leaderboard upload may leaderboard nickname, avatar, rank, and score be displayed as part of the product feature.
5. Storage and Security
Some settings, the last connected Bluetooth device, avatar cache, and local status are stored on your device. Training records, achievements, leaderboards, and profile summaries may be stored on cloud servers. We use reasonable security measures, but no Internet or Bluetooth environment is absolutely secure.
6. Your Rights
You may view and edit certain profile information in the app. You may contact us to request consultation, correction, deletion, or removal from leaderboard display where permitted by law and product safety requirements.
7. Minors
Minors should use this product under guardian guidance.
8. Updates
We may update this policy due to feature, legal, or operational changes. Important changes will be notified in the app or by other reasonable means.
